Engine Light comes on when turn AC on

Engine Light comes on when turn AC on
just had a complete Cobra Stainless Steel Exhaust with Sports Cat fitted to my 51 bugeye, and for some reason now after the engine is warm, if i turn the AC on, i get the engine light come on.
I've checked everytime the code and it always reports Catalyst Emmisions below threshold level.
Anyone got any ideas?
