Default Actuator confusion

I think i need a new actuator think mines is on the blink feels loose and know it should be hard to move. Anyway my question is what one should i be going for? whats the difference between a 16g and an 18g? My car is a 92 Type RA import so has the the TD05 turbo on it, and sure standard boost is 0.9 bar. Which one is for this car?

16G is what you should have.

If you find a knackered 18G or 20G you can use the actuator off those as they are identical. You may be able to buy an actuator online but you're just as well going to a specialist scooby breaker like Grade A Subaru. I'm sure they'll have one somewhere from the multitude of knackered turbos they must keep for spares.

The occasional 2nd hand 16g actuator also pops up on eBay...
