Has it been mapped again after fitting the oe parts. you havent dunted or dropped the maf when doing this. Have you put the vac pipe on the dump valve..

I dont think the car was ever mapped to the take the aftermarket parts, vac pipe is on yeh. Was very carefull with the MAF not to damage. Really confused on what it could be.

check intel pipe to the turbo (usually underneath where it cannot be seen).
