Weird one, on a classic,today being quite hot thought id drive to my ma`s with the air con on,give it some revitalisation etc for the summer ahead, anyhoo,going down the bypass upto speeds of 80,had alot less power,felt bad,while accelerating and also noticed oil pressure was down from 5 bar to around 4.4 bar

turned air con off, all back to normal running/oil pressure

how bizzarre ????????????????

You do get a dip in power but a dip in oil pressure, that is a Mulder and Skuly job.
