Default No Throttle Response

got my car bk yesterday and was chuffed to bits it seem to be fixed, in till i got on the the M40 if im crusing in any gear and take my foot of the accelerater then reply the pedal it would take about 4 sec to kick in and jerk forward and i noticed it does it in every gear, and also when i put the cluth down the revs sumtimes go down to about 200revs i say sumtimes it now does it most times i give it a rev and it seems to sort it self out. this is the work ive done so far to try and fix it, new maf sensor, throttle body sensor, knock sensor, cam sensor, removed my baileys dump valve, had a full service, and changed a few airpipes i just want it sorted i hate not being able to drive her.
if any1 else has had the same problem any help would be appreciated.

idle air control valve, normally only for when cold, but it could be stuck, it's to the right of the throttle body has a gey sensor on the top with 3 wire's going into it, and 3 pipes 1 big 1 at the back and 2 smaller water pipes either side,

search on here for cleaning iacv
