Default acceleration lumpy when cold

Hi Guys

I got a 1997 turbo 2000, the problem im having is when I start driving from cold the acceleration is very lumpy the car is kangerooing, this stops when warm and when the boost starts kicking in.

No mods, I put it back to standard to see if the mods were causing the problem

What should I check?

Thanks
Steve

Take your pick of the usual culprits:
plugs, coilpack(s), coil-leads, boost/vacuum leak, crank or 02 sensor, bad temp-sender, clogged air-filter ...

Plenty of other threads on hesitation, lumpy idle and so on, search and see what turns up

Luckily I have temp sensor on an engine I was rebuilding I think the best move is to do some swapping then if I can Identify the faulty part replace with a new one.

Thanks for the advice I wouldnt have thought of the temp sensor, I have had the plugs out and changed the coil pack recently before I put the car back to standard so I know that they are ok
