Default Vibration & grinding under braking

i recently changes my front brake pads as i thought they where down to the metal due to grinding under braking etc. Since ive changed them ive still got grinding and vibration through the pedal when braking which gets worse the harder you brake, front discs look fine, ive checked the rear discs and pads to and dont look to shabby, what could be the cause of the problem could it be the handbrake shoes ??

The vibration could be warped disc's, does not take much you may not see the amount the discs are warped. As you say it gets worse the harder you brake I would say it rules out bearings.

Could be that the rear disks are warped... were the front disks brand new when you fit them? If so that narrows them down, and everything points to the rear brakes

Check that you dont have a sticking piston on the front callipers. This will cause the grinding and the vibration under braking and it will get worse the harder you brake.
