Default Classic - fit front entry turbo pipework?

1995 classic wagon, has fitted a TD05/06 20G turbo etc. Also 10mm manifold insulator spacers.

This turbo is front entry, but this age of classic used 90 degree entry. I made up with samco and ally pipe an inlet to the turbo but it bends a lot.

I want to fit a straighter front entry inlet pipe, like the later cars had.

What's the usual / best way?

Do I need 20mm spacers instead / as well?

Does the later manifold help - is it a bit higher ( so not need bigger spacers ? )

What inlet pipe do I need / shoud I look for - only recirc dump valve return goes into inlet now, breathers etc. diverted.

How do I move the power steering reservoir out of the way and still work?

Proven ideas / methods and any part numbers most welcome!

A local garage was going to use a smaller bore metal pipe joined ( by silicone hose ) to turbo inlet under the manifold to avoid lifting or replaceing manifold and avoid PS reservoir - would this work? Would 50mm pipe be OK for 68 mm inlet to turbo?

Sorry for so many questions, getting really confused!

You will need a power steering relocation kit if I am correct.
