Default Helllppp with singe coilpack!!!

Hi everyone i have replaced the engine in my 1998 uk 2000 turbo, but the problem that i am having is this, i have tried two coilpacks (single one that sits in the middle) and the coilpack sparks up when its been checked apart from the top left hand corner, all 3 spark well other than this one, my question is this, is there a comman fault with this coilpack as i doubt both are knackered, just wanted to know if there may be a fault that is causing this to happen can anyone help me please as its stopping me from being able to start my car

You can't test a wasted spark coil like that, not sure why you are getting a spark from one coil on the +ve side and not the other, but it doesn't to me necesarily indicate a fault.
