Default Erratic low rev driving, poor mpg and power loss, codes read....

I managed to get the codes from my Bugeye WRX, the following three showed up, cross ref'ed them with scoobypedia
Am I right in thinking that my MAF is dying, IAT sensor has issues and I have a vaccuum leak somewhere?
Even after clearing the errors, I went to join a carriageway, give is some rigt foot and it lurched and lost power for a split second until I let go of the pedal.
Torque between idle and 4k is poor and erratic trying to drive smoothly.
Any ideas?

P0102 Mass air flow sensor circuit low input

P0113 Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Malfunction (High Input)

P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1) - usually caused by a leak in the intake system somewhere between the Mass Air Flow sensor and the cylinder intake valves. Look for a vacuum hose that’s become disconnected or a crack in one of the tubes connected to the turbocharger

Cleaned Maf in Isopropyl and cel light went away. Still feels a little laggy and twitchy between 1 and 3k revs. I replaced the pipes around the turbo intake that had to be cut and T'd for the Perrin intake pipe.
I do still have a leak below the turbo somewhere, due to be replaced shortly, would this cause the lumpy delivery between 1 and 3k revs?
