Default Replace plastic sides on radiator

I have a radiator with a pristine matrix but a split side. Is it possible/feasible to get the sides replaced, possibly with aluminium. Alternatively, can the side be repaired?

Thanks for advice

The endtanks can be removed by bending back all of the aluminium locking tabs on the core.

It's not really worth doing though, as you can buy a new, good quality pattern radiator on eBay for under £50
