As far as I am aware they should be self bleeding. The action of the pump removes any airyation from the system. Fill the resevoir with ATF fluid, operate the steering wheel from lock to lock a couple of times, re check the fluid leval and the job should be done.

If the rack has been off, or the ATF drained it can take a while to get all the air out again. Method is as Veilside says.
I recently fitted a new rack, and hurried the process by putting the car up on a lift, engine running. Spent 15 minutes going slowly from lock to lock. Holding at the extremes for a few seconds to let the pump re-circulate.
After that and a days driving, the shuddering of air in the system was over.
