Classic Ecotec ECU advice

Discovered this ECU for sale, I have a MY99 with Apexi cone filter, STi cat back exhaust and Newage Intercooler, with this ECU being modded by Ecotek does it suggest it has ben mapped to run higher BHP, believe it is a good price if so ?? Any opinions.
