10W-50 or 10W-40.

If you like to sustain high revs for long periods, go for the 50.

The ideal brands for your car are Millers CFS (10W-40 and 10W-50) and Silkolene Pro S (10W-50)

Are you absolutely sure that it is actually number 343?

As this is vital in what oil you need ...

Just bung in what it says in the Handbook ...... and that will be 10W-40 Semi - and don't waste your money on expensive stuff - £14 is all you should be paying for 5 Litres

Stay away from the 50's .... like treacle, power sapping waste of time IMO.
