Info on exhaust centre section
I currently have an Afterburner Vortex exhaust and want it to be louder, more rumbly and have that throaty sort of note. I don't want a decat straight away, so would a centre section do this job? Which are the best to buy?

I have the same exhaust on my car and originally had the centre resonator taken out of my middle section and a stainless pipe welded in its place, this made the exhaust louder.Last week i bought a decat centre section with no baffles/silencer and not only has the noise level increased there is definatley less back pressure,as the removable bung i have ,use to stay put, by me just pushing it in the backbox. Now as soon as i go to pull away it goes flying down the road.lol
With centre sections you do not need to go for a specific make,as they are all basically a straight length of pipe with a flange at each end and a centre bracket. Just make sure it is stainless steel(which most are) ,you can pick them up off ebay for £40 - £50, or from scoobyworld, scoobyclinic ,etc for about £100.00

Have you had an accident at work or in the home that wasn't your fault?
Maybe you've been hit in the gob by a low flying Subaru exhaust bung

So if I got a stainless steel straight through centre section that would make it a lot louder or just a bit? Can I do anything to it to make it louder if it's not as I hoped?
