tumble generated valve?
Hi people new to the scooby world but having a problem already .my scoob turbo was working fine until its fully at working temp then it just seems to go into limp mode. now its only when its at working temp if i turn engine off then back on then set off! know this seems strange but took it to garage and they ran diagnostic and said it was tumble generated valve and air flow problem? But they never heard of a tumble generated valve! any one any ideas please before i spend a fortune and find out its not the air flow meter which they told me to buy. realy appreciate any response i love my new car and want it working fully. impreza 2.0l wrx thanks Rob

I've never heard of that either, and I'ver been on here a few years.
I wonder if they are misreading it:
"Tumble-generated", and "valve & air flow problem", ie, an air flow problem at some valve, which is caused by "tumble" whatever THAT may be?

p0102 mass or volume air flow circuit low have you fitted a vta dump valve if so check the blanking bung for leaks or the dump valve itself

TGV faults are quite common and one of the reasons for deleting the TGVs, a common mod on here.
Take it to a specialist with a good reputation, closest to you and they will confirm the fault, possibly reset your ECU and the best course of action, replacement, repair or delete. If you go delete you need a remap.
