Have a look in the group buy section and speak to Japspeed. Few quid more, but from a trusted supplier and decent kit, I have one in the garage waiting to go on

The STI top mounts are a good upgrade. Andy Forrest is happily running one with the factory airbox on a 400BHP car, which is more than your WRX gearbox and engine can realistically handle

If you want a decent FMIC: AZTEC PERFORMANCE ONLINE STORE - WHOLESALE PRICES DIRECT TO THE PUBLIC - HYBRID Front Mount Intercoolers (FMICs) :: *SPECIAL OFFER* HYBRID GT2 SPEC FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER KIT - GC8 IMPREZA *SPECIAL OFFER*
STi8 TMICs can be used to very good effect. Andy runs one with a "little" more than 400bhp

Cheap ones like that, I understand from the specialists, typically tend not be any more efficient than the STi v.7>on TMICs! Okay, they'll drop the ACTs a fair bit, but other than that, it's false economy IMO.
Pay double - IRO £350+VAT (still cheap for a decent FMIC!) - for one of the tried and tested Hybrid GT Spec2 jobbies (no brainer...)

t16c, I'd first ask yourself how you drive your car and what it's likely to be used for an a daily, averaged out, basis.
If you don't do trackdays or generally don't rag your engine up at the top end for sustained periods, then I reckon you'd be happy with a 2nd hand MY03 STi "v.8" TMIC. They're good for 400+ IIRC but obviously ACTs could get high if you like to sustain the ragging.
But it's a 'cheap' effective option - although you do have to faff around a bit to get it fit. Do a search - I think there's at least one thread that walks you through the fitting process...
