overboosting ?

overboosting ?
feel silly asking this but does any 1 have a clue why my v3 sti will spike to 1.4 bar then drop off to 1.1 BUT NOT ALL THE TIME ???
replaced the tee setup with the original pipes and the original boost pill and changed the actuator just for good measure but still sometimes it seems not to spike when gradual throttle is aplied to make the car boost and other times it will spike when wide open throttle is applied for a very brief period ? the standard downpipe ( with the cat ) is still in place so its not a decat issue ? can the 2-ports block up as easily as the three ports do causing an overboost issue or am i barking up the wrong tree lol
the issue is worse on wide open throtle from low revs as soon as boost comes on ?
but does not happen if gradual throttle is aplied to boost ?
