If it's a early Legacy turbo (upto 1998) then the engine will physically fit any impreza up to 1998, and can be installed with all of your existing anciliary parts.

You'll need to block off the passenger side turbo oil feed and drain, and coolant feed.

Be aware that the Legacy TT engine has a higher CR than an Impreza Turbo motor

Basically what Fiestaboy is saying is , its not a dropin fit as it is. Your ECU wont be set up to run the twinturbo lump,

however the block and heads would work with all your ancills, ie inlet manifold, turbo headers etc etc with the oil pipe mod as said.

The other option is just to use the 2.5 shortblock if it is a 2.5 again it will need set up correctly into your car.
Not worth the hassle imo
