i hope someone can help,ive got a 1998 impreza turbo with a dead fuel pump,ive connected it straight to a battery and it didnt spin or make any noise,ive only got 6v at the pump connector.Before i found out the pump was dead i replaced the fuel pump relay and the car battery all obviously to no avail,is 6v normal at the pump?.
