As title.

I'll be fitting a MY97-00 Hyperflow FMIC and also be doing the "turbo intake hose under manifold" mod. I'll be getting a MY97/98 inlet manifold to aid this... and I understand I need the MY97/98 PAS pump/res too - so as to make the intake pipe fit, etc.

Does anyone have pic of either a MY93-96 with this work done (I know loads of you have! lol), or just a pic of a normal MY97/98 engine bay - with or without a FMIC fitted, in either case.

I just need to see what's what and how things look, etc...

I have a Z32 MAF and RCM fat cone (MY93-96 airbox will be junked) - can the MAF not just fit into the end of turbo hose, without using that second shorter S-shaped hose?

Also, I'm not with my car at the mo - how does the position of the MY97/98 PAS pump/res differ from that of the MY93-96 (I can't envisage it lol)?

The MAF 'could' be attached to the inlet hose with some silicone hose/reducer if reqd. - If you get the "S" shaped hose from a UK 97/98 turbo, it will fit your Z32.

PS pumps are the same - you could just swap the reservoir bottle, and the later cooler hardpipe if you want, but you'll need to change the return pipe (to the tank) i think
Alternatively, you could convert to the later remote bottle setup, as found on 2001-> cars.

I think the Z32 MAF's "intake pipe end" is 80mm. What is the diameter of the MY97/98 turbo intake hose's "MAF end" (not the S hose)?

So If I get the MY97/98 PAS res. bottle it'll fit straight on my exisitng MY93 pump? Or do you have to get the MY97/98 pump/res. as a single assembly and wholesale swap it over?

Or is it simpler to just plump for the New Age one?
