your best off getting a used HKS SSQV or Blitz SSQV of ebay. That way you wont have to pay much.

It's best not to fit an aftermarket valve at all.

Your car is already fitted with a dumpvalve - an air bypass valve as Subaru calls them. It is very good, perfectly matched to the engine. Your car will run better with this than almost any aftermarket alternative you could fit.

While individual mappers have their preferences, many will suggest re-fitting the standard valve when customers with aftermarket ones have their cars mapped. If you already have someone in mind, you'd be better off contacting them and getting their recommendations before shelling out on something yo don't need.

Far better off spending the money on someone that will improve the car in some way IMO.
