1996 wrx import mpg
far as i know the only mods its got is full decat, racen manifold, hks airfilter system?? it runs on tesco super 99 and im averaging 19-21mpg, there is quite alot of hardish driven in that, dos this sound low or ok

That's about right. Your mpg will be lower in the winter. I usually get ~20mpg in the winter and ~23mpg in summer.

'NORMAL' driving we get about 22mpg and as has been said it'll be lower in the winter.
On a run in July this year we averaged 16mpg wi quite a bit of 'fun' driving!
