The VF28 is the limiting you to approx 320bhp
That still makes for a quick car, (especially a classic)

What year is your car?

Any replies here will be an estimate, my mate had his impreza uk dyno'd last week with same set up, except with standard top mount and ninja exhaust and made 292/300, however with a front mount you should see over 300, although I don't know what the vf28 max's out at, I'm sure someone will correct me. Hope this helps

On standard internals with the VF28 and 440s and Front Mount
In crude terms
320hp ish would be a safe max
340-50 ish would be pushing the stuff to the limits

Personaly I would be happy with good reliable 300-320 on that spec.
Hope it goes well
