if the pump's still there what have you moved already? there is the plumbing to the A/C rad and also into the cabin obviously.

Yeah, just unbolt it (4 bolts I think) and remove that pump, belt and tensioner.

yes just undo both pipes and join pipes from engine together with a piece of hose (eliminating heater matrix) getting the matrix out and fan is the hardest part but does come out with persistance and locating all nuts behind dash

yes had to empty header ,removed all air bag ecu wiring, heater controls , handbrake handle cover ,got rid of bonnet catch used bonnet pins, side skirts (dont need em just there for looks LOL) removed ecu and placed behind glove box in dash so got rid of ecu cover etc and other bits, door cards roof lining etc, rear window wiper +motor, etc etc etc take a look at projects forum type r street/track slag racer got new pics to post but this is from a few weeks ago..... changed headers for tubular item as old ones wiegh about 10/12kg and new ones wiegh 6kg ,put battery in boot as its like having a breeze block sat at very end of ya 15ft pole , tryed to even out weight a bit, removed all inner linings for wings etc too all seems nothing but when ya put it all in sack and feel the weight again its a few kg , ill be on diet next LOL
