Default 4 sensor showing a fault

can somebody explain to me how the hell 4 sensors are now not working after i have had the pulley and cam belt off as i do no get how they were working one day and now there not ,
what can i have done

ive just changed the ecu and it still wont start,
how can i have done that

The answer to that question is almost certainly yes, but whether you'll have the equipment and ability to test them yourself is a separate question. Sides, might be easier to answer if we knew which specific sensors you're asking about.

If the group of four is, for example, the cam, crank, coolant temp and throttle position sensor, I'd put a small amount of money on you disconnecting one or both of the multi-connectors between the engine loom and the bay loom down by the battery.

Oh, another thought. You say you've changed the ECU. Do you get this error on both ECUs or just one of them? If only one, would it be safe for us to assume that both are the same type/code number, or are they different?

ive decided that my car is dead i must of bent all the valves its poping and banging and wont rev

High time to get it looked at by someone who does this for a living. Trying to follow through this and the other thread, tbh it doesn't really sound like you know what's what.

What you are currently ascribing to valve damage may, from what you've said elsewhere, be the wrong ECU, a wiring fault, a timing error or plenty of other things besides. Need to find out where you're at before you can work out where to go.

If there's a question of responsibility to be attached to whoever you paid to do the cambelt you need someone able to write a report.
