fitting a fmic
i just bought a fmic for my new age from ebay. my question is are they easy to fit for a novice, ie me!. the car is off the road for the winter so i am in no rush. i seen some instructions on the net, the hardest part seems to be taking off the bumper. can it be done with the car on the floor or will it need jacking up?. sorry if this seems a numpty question
prob better car jacked up but saying from ebay. is it 1 of these that go for like 179.99 or somethin. ive heard these arent very good for quality an lining up pipes etc is a bitc. u will have to cut bumper with a dremel of some sort
no its not one of those cheap ones. its new in the box its a gc8 what ever that means. i seen them for sale on some websites for around £300 i paid £175. i was only looking at them for something to do and couldnt resist as it seemed a bargain

I rolled the dice with a cheap ebay fmic, it never made it on to my car, the quality was shocking! The pipes looked like they had been welded by chimps. If you are in no hurry, i would send that back, save an extra bit of cash and order the correct fitment HYBRID. Just an idea..........
