Default engine gearbox seperating?

quick questions, trying to get my engine out of my MY 99 STi V5, been prising it apart but cant get it anymore then an inch.

also which ive not seen on these engines is the furthest holes down on the bellhousing are studs with nuts on and not bolts?

is there anymore bolts that say lock the mainshaft or bearing in?

the engine mounts are above the subframe.

Have you taken the clutch fork pivot pin out?

passenger side of the gearbox near the front. There is a bung that you use a hex bit to remove(10mm I think) remove that then get a 10mm(I think) bolt and screw it into the hole and slide out the pivot. This will release the clutch fork.

Hope that all makes sense

As above, remove this cover with a 10mm allen key:

Then use a m6 bolt about 40mm long to screw into the fork shaft and pull it out.
