My brother has a 95 wrx jap import.
last nite his car cut out, and would not start again.
after an hour , when the car was cool , it started and drove ok.
I see that only 1 rad fan is connected and his front mount covers his radiator completly.
also noticed a tiny tinyyyy hiss coming from reservoir
