Default Refitting cat after decat map

I've decided that the hassle of getting an MOT with a decat is not worth it, so I've had a 3" Milltek sports-cat centre section fitted in place of the resonated centre section. Downpipe still has no cat.

Car sailed through MOT

I have been advised that driving the newly re-catted car with its current decat map is OK as long as I don't drive it hard, or for too long...but as the new turbo I'm waiting on keeps getting delayed I'm worried about the prospect of causing damage.

Does anyone know what the issues are with driving a re-catted car? What should I avoid doing? My best guess is that I'll be driving it like this for 3 or 4 weeks.

Anyone? Would like to know what to avoid while driving with the cat fitted before the remap...or, even, if I really shouldn't be driving it!!
