I have bought a second hand omp six point bolt in cage for my classic, does anybody know if this needs/should have base mounts?

Yes it needs mounts/box sections in order to bolt the cage in.......i,m sure they should come with the cage and if its a second hand one they will still be in the car....

OMP should seel you some or you can get them made in situ using 5mm steel sheet.
