Default radiator fitting

im going to be fitting a new rad the weekend on my myoo due to it starting to leak on the bottom cornner and all rusty . it looks esay enough to do but im just wondering on the best way to bleed it . i know i have to put the heating an hot and full ,but im not sure if there is any coolant bleed nipples like on other cars . any help would be great . kev

with the engine running, most say take the turbo water pipe off the header tank and fill from there, but to be honest its does the same and is much easyer if you just stand there with a hose pipe and fill the headder tank till it squerts out the little over flow hole bit thats just under where the cap goes. So much easyer that way and you dont burn ya hand getting the turbo pipe back on!

its never let me down the 100`s of times ive done it!

and yes, changing the rad is a bit of pi55 on a classic!

im looking at an alloy race one thinking it will last longer what do u think of them
