hi, looking for a bit of help in finding out what exact size restrictor pill i will need for changing over a td04 to a vf35 turbo as i have been told the one im using now with the td04 will be no good . car is a 00 uk classic with a v5 sti engine and heads fitted .also where i would get it if anyone knows pls. and will it be a straight swap over with the vf35to all the lines that are in place with the td04 already?.

Yes, I had to buy this from a Subaru dealer when I went from a TD04 to a VF35. The secondhand VF35 I bought wasn't sold with the pipes and pill and I had the same problem as you. I don't need it as I decided to go down the EBC routed instead.
