yes it will fit but will need modifications to the bulkhead area and the clutch support bar bracket and also the intercooler itself will need altering, the dumpvalve will need blanking off as it may foul the idle control valve depending on what yr the classic is

it is worth it,you have the slanted intercooler which isnt very good.

you will also need to buy a 2002-3 undertray for the scoop and modify that to suit so the air from the scoop goes direct into the intercooler as the original one for the slanted intercooler wont work/fit with the newer intercooler

you dont have to modify the bulkhead/clutch support bar bracket, but if you dont,it wont fit right and will rattle/vibrate and overall sound crap, some choose this option,i didnt and it fits sweet now

no worries, wouldnt say words of wisdom, more words of trial n error ha ha

heres some pics to help

scoop undertray modified

and this is the part that needs altering, this isnt my car, didnt take a pic of mine on this part, but it needs to be narrowed to allow the Y Pipe to fit between it,so hammering both sides so instead of being like it is,more like a rectangle going downwards, also trim the lip of the bulkhead where the yellow wiring clips are,as it`ll catch here also
