Default Help with Turbo inlet pipe please

As the title suggests, im having rather a lot of trouble with the turbo inlet pipe.

It's the Agency Power 3" hard turbo inlet and i'm attempting to fit it to the RCM400 turbo.

Here are some pictures to show what the problem is.

As you may be able to see from the pics the issue is alignment. The silicon pipe supposed to connect the two just will not fit over the pair. It's either one or the other.

I've tried everything, shifting the turbo over towards the gearbox, even grinding the housing down so it can shift over more. Pulling the pipe, forcing it, twisting it even strecthing.

Anyone got any ideas?

Find one piece Spec C inlet manifold?
It won't have the TGV bodies causing the problem, but are difficult to source.

Is the actuator touching the injector "green death" guards? Ditch them.

I did lift the manifold but as Butty states, it's the TGV bodies that are obstructing the inlet pipe from alignment.

The wastegate actuator hasn't become an issue yet but might consider ditching the guards.

So the only way around this issue is to go TGV delete?

The silicon section looks pretty tight/ not long enough. Can it be pushed further off the end of the hard pipe to allow a bit more give?
Also try installing the turbo back on with the silicon section attached to the turbo inlet first?

I tried both ways Nick,
When installing on the turbo first you cant even get close to going on the inlet pipe. In the photos, the hose is almost off the pipe in attempting to fit it.

The only idea i have is to get a file and grind down the turbo housing and a bit more of the engine block to try and shunt the turbo over a little bit more... Other than that i'm clueless
