Question NGK PFR7B Spark Plugs - How many types are there?

Hey guys, I've been using NGK PFR7B spark plugs in my car since it was remapped. It's in for a service tomorrow so have just bought some more. I got home tho, and noticed that this box I've just bought is different to the box I kept from my last lot...........

The box on the left is what I've just bought today (with the gold spark plug pic) and the box on the right is my old box from last year. They definitely have the same "PFR7B" code and "4853" stock number, but I'm wondering if they're different? Or maybe the packaging has just changed? I can't find any sort of sense on the NGK website and I can't remember if my last lot were actually gold or platinum looking colour on the ends. These new ones are actually gold looking like the pic on the box. Is one an old version and the other a new version maybe?

Thanks in advance for your help!
