Default head gasket or air lock???

Got a little issue maybe someone could help me with.. ive checked the searches on the forum and cant really find anything im 100% sure off.
Okay soo i keep losing coolant out of my over flow tank.. thought maybe head gasket so got a tester from work with no luck and im not getting any mayo in the oil or water out the exhaust.
Ive changed the coolant aswell as changing the header tank cap with no luck.
So now im stuck
Any advice please lads.

are all water pipes hot and does the heater blow hot ? if so i would go for (head gasket )
.but if all pipes are not getting hot take water pipe of back of header take (the one that goes to the turbo )fill up with water and this should eliminate the possability of a air lock

If they are both hot then the water is fully circulating in one side of the rad and out the other, if the top hose was warm and the bottom cold, the likly hood is there is an airlock of some description preventing circulation,

so if both are hot it rules out airlock and points more towards HG

check the rad is hot allover aswell as top and bottom hose. Do as said above. FIll coolant thru the turbo pipe from the tank end, with the small hose on the left side of the rad disconnected. When coolant comes from the rad, put the hoses back and top the tank up, that'll sort any airlocks.
