wastegate penny

I have removed my turbo from the car an have found the wastegate penny to be very loose, can i spot weld it solid ? cheers

have tryed adusting to actuator a little

it seems to rattle when it is open , fine when it is shut

then i belive its ok then as long as its closed when its shut im sure some one will corect me if im wrong
