Default help neede quick.changing ecu and engine

done a search and found a few pos answers just want to double check.

i have got a w reg turbo 2000 uk and will be changing the engine and ecu for one from a 1999 turbo 2000 uk.my car has the sigma alarm immob and the other one has the same.are the sigmas coded to the ecus or can i just fit new ecu and engine to my car with my sigma. all help welcome

have also read that the key has a chip in it does mine can i just swap the chips if it does

99 and 00 immobiliser is not part of the ecu

wat about the chip in the key.does any one no wat that is coded to

there is no chip in the key on 99 and 00 I believe, you will have no issue swaping engine and ecu anyway.. there is the keyfob alarm and immobiliser..
