Throttle seems to be sticking a little bit

I have a 99 impreza sport, and my throttle seems to be sticking, any ideas/advice?

This happened to me a while back, after some cleaning under the bonnet i knocked the dust cap off the throtle cable and it lodged itself under the return spring

Just have a look around that area for anything unusual..............

Its pretty scary when you start boosting when your foot is off the accelerator, i had my foot behind the pedal pulling it up
