Default Best up-pipe for reasonable money 02 uk impreza?

Hey all,

I've just had a bad experience with Scoobysports old up-pipe, I've had it for years and now found she's been leaking for a while - new oe gasket hasn't fixed it and you can see the flange isn't flat with a gap in the middle.
Anyone recommend a decent replacement two bolt fitment as cant replace my headers also. Is a flexi pipe a good idea?

forget about them cheap ebay ones they are too big and will blow quicker than the one you have on at the moment.

Standard classic or newage STI uppipe ideal unless you are going for big power

Thanks guys, lots of ideas, I'm going to try the grinding option first with local dealer, then look at flange modification (does it need TIG weld or norm welding?). I'll def stay away from those ebay items then...

Thanks again

Swiss, your best option IMO for fit AND performance gains (earlier spool times) is harvey's OEM ported/polished one.

Get one!...

No can do, chasing big horses and thanks to some quick thinking from gazza I've now got it booked in at dealers to have flange machined flat, re-fitted and MOT'd. Thanks all.
