Default Classic sti springs

Hello, does anybody know if sti springs are any lower or stiffer compared to standard uk MY00 springs and is it worth swapping them over??

but tien lowering springs aren't dear better to have new

i was watching some on ebay a few weeks ago and it said they are 15mm lower and stiffer than the standard uk springs. i was gonna get them as i didnt want car on its **** and too bumpy a ride.

Kool, cheers for replies. Only reason I'm asking is I already have some sti springs,just wondered if it would lower car at all. Has anyone done this?

I had some STI v5 springs on mine, was about 15~20mm lower.
