Welding in northants/warks

Basically I bought an intercooler thats had a 25mm hole tapped into it and I need a small plate welding over it. Can anyone do it for beer money?

Can't you put a short bolt in with some loctite?

I have just stuck a bolt in, was slightly smaller so I used some Araldite to fix it in place.. If it doesnt hold Ill have to find a bolt thats the correct size.
