Will ECUTEK ecu from MY00 fit 2004 blobeye

As title says, would like to know f ecutek ecu from an MY00 fit my 04 blobeye and then get mapped

My00 is a three plugs (blue, grey and black).
Newage 04 sti is 5plugs (all white).
