ANY top mount will always suffer from heat soak when the car is not actually moving. I doubt that thing will do any better than what you have now.
Go front mount and cure the problem forever.

A few years ago a pal of mine bought a "cheap" TMIC and Scoobyclinic said he shouldn't have bothered.
