recently my avcr was adjusted by a mate who changed the start duty & rpm duty, also the boost on the power fc was changed to 0.95 in first gear from 0.8. now after all that for some reason the car is holding back/cutting out at about the 5-6rpm range only making 1b of boost. the boost setting was then changed back to 0.8 on the power fc and still the same problem occured. Is this happening because of the adjustments?

could someone help me out on this one?
