Default Timing belt pulleys??

Hi, I am in the process of changing the timing belt on a MY00 classic standard, with around 130k on the clock.

My question is regarding the timing chain pulleys....when do you change them and how much movement do you normally feel in them, in particular the small one?? The tensioner has a little oil sitting in the top of it so I guess I am going to have to change it?

I really don't want to change everything for the sake of it as money is tight but what is the general rule of thumb.

Any help very gratefully received.

Cheers

@ 130k, and it has never been changed - I would change all of it!
