Powerflex front wishbone bushes, fitting advice please people.
I have the front and rear bushes ready to fit in the alloy lower arms on MY94 WRX.
Any one have any good tips for removing the old bushes before I butcher them?
Will my vice handle the job or do they really need pressing out?
Cheers.

if u dont have a way to press them out ( i use a old vx rose bush press) then drill around the rubber with a 8mm drill bit, once u have a circle of holes knock the centre out,
Then use a hack saw to gently cut thru the steel shell thats left, once you have a slot cut thru remove the shell with screwdriver/chisel and hammer,
Most replacement bushes are 2 parts so sandwich back in so require no pressing.
