I have a 2003 STi Type UK (bug eye), and wondered what everyone thought was the best all round suspension for my car, as the dreeded knocking is on the front and back.

Typical Subaru poor design...............

Open to all suggestions; ideally with springs

Whiteline are doing a suspension package, I cant remeber the name of the suspension, But i will find out.

I had them on my old classic(with whiteline arb and drop links) and imo they are really good but i can't say how good they are on newage
