Default Engine Management Light

I recently changed my Classic for a New Age car and now the engine management klight has come on. Does it still have two black connectors to check the codes? I can find the green ones and one black one but cant see the other anywhere. There are two black wires taped up which look as though they might have had a connector cut off, but why?

Newage cars don't have those connectors they use OBD II so you need an OBD II reader

Think this one is popular ScanGaugeII - Scan Tool
